Unique Antique Tin Oil Lamp – Hexagonal Reservoir & Animal‑Head Feet (1930s–50s)

A truly remarkable antique tin oil lamp with beautiful decorative motifs and an elegant, sculptural form. This is a unique piece — I have not come across a second one like it.

The lamp features a hexagonal oil reservoir, with each of the six panels displaying a different motif. The central column is finely detailed and ends in three ornate feet shaped as animal heads, giving the lamp a striking and artistic presence. It’s an eye‑catcher in any interior, whether classic or eclectic.

The burner is marked Kosmos Brenner, suggesting the lamp may be of German origin, although this cannot be confirmed with certainty. One of the feet has been repaired, but the restoration is barely noticeable.
