Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it. After notifying us, please send the item back within 14 days.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories included. We may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

How to return an item

Send an email to contact@rareoillamps.com stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm your return and provide the return address.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning the item is at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us. Shipments sent freight collect cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days. The refund is issued using the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of return.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene once opened, and perishable goods.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@rareoillamps.com within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
