Unique vintage Pigeon lamp, likely dating from around 1930. Unlike the more common wall-mounted Pigeon lamps, this is a standing version with an elegant base.

Key features:
Design: rim inscription includes "Pigeon Ch", referring to Charles Pigeon's company
Historical details: wick wheel without text, adding to its rarity
Condition: vintage, with visible signs of age such as dents on the tank; wick holder requires slight pressure to raise the wick; missing original metal holder beneath the wick holder
Height: approx. 29 cm
Innovative design: absorbent cotton inside the reservoir gradually releases oil for a long burn time
