New Old Stock mining lamp from around 1900, attributed to Hubert Joris (Joris Lampe, Belgium), in fantastic condition and never used.

Fully functional, the wick holder moves up and down, but the lamp has never been lit. According to historical sources, this is likely a Meesterhouwerslamp by Hubert Joris, similar in design to the well-known Wolf mining lamps.

Features:

Jenaer glass, probably somewhat younger than the lamp
No visible brand markings
Two small holes in the top (see photos)

Height (without hanger): 30 cm
Estimated production: 1900–1910

Suitable as a decorative oil lamp for an industrial-style interior, or kept unused to preserve its collector value.
