Rare, complete lantern set in good condition, marked "2AG53" on the front. Originally used by the German military, carried in vehicles or stored in bunkers for lighting and signaling in the field.

Features and contents:

Multi-fuel lantern: operates on kerosene, carbide, and candles
Empty spare kerosene can
Empty spare carbide tin and carbide lamp components
Candle holder insert for the lantern
Three original Hindenburg lights (attachable to the oil reservoir)
Four coloured signal lenses
Three sliding attachments for use as a Morse or signal lantern, or for directional signage

Markings on the box: "Versorgungs-Nr. 6260-12-120-7905" (6260: lighting equipment; 12: West Germany; 120-7905: product number). "Einheitslanterne" printed on the lid. Inside the lid: original contents list and stamps, including "BMVtdg 75" and a Weimar Eagle (symbol of West Germany) — BMVtdg stands for Bundesministerium der Verteidigung (Federal Ministry of Defense).

Likely manufactured by Osmeka (Osnabrück); identical examples are marked Osmeka. Estimated production: 1950s–1960s.

Shows minor signs of age, such as paint wear. Fully functional and complete.
