Antique signal lamp made of copper, brass, and steel, showing a well-used, weathered appearance. Produces red, green, or clear light.

Likely used for traffic or railway signalling. Turning the handle selects red, green, or clear light. One opening is unused — probably meant for an orange filter.

Both the brass rim and the retaining clip are stamped "25 11".

The lens has noticeable scratches. The burner doesn't appear completely original, which makes it turn a bit stiffly; unknown whether it was replaced at some point.

Suitable for a collection, or as lighting at home, in the garden, or on holiday.

Height including handle: 37 cm
Manufacturer: Unknown, likely French
Estimated production date: 1920s–1930s

Remarks: there was a hole in the chimney, likely from an electric bulb fitted at some point. This has been closed and blackened.
