Feuerhand Warning Torch / Warnfackel Diesel K8002 – Unused NOS Condition, With Original Storm Matches
Feuerhand Warnfackel Diesel K8002, in unused New Old Stock (NOS) condition. Shows light signs of age but has never been ignited, a rare find. It still has the original storm-resistant matches stored inside the lid.
Originally developed by Nier-Feuerhand, the warning torch was used until the 1970s to secure accident and hazard zones, before the modern warning triangle became standard. Designed to burn on diesel, but also works well with lamp oil and similar fuels.
Built for harsh conditions: the flame can't be blown out, produces a characteristic sooty flame, and the lid doubles as a snuffer (gloves recommended when extinguishing). Uses a large round wick, still present and original.
